• How long does it take for my personalized knife or bottle opener order to ship? What if it’s a group set?

    Officially our processing times are 2-5 business days but that is the max. Our normal ship times are usually 2-3 business days, even with personalized items. If you need it in a hurry, just ask we can usually accommodate. Just send us an email and let us know when you need to receive your item/s. This is our ship out time, this does not include the time in the mail traveling to you.

    As far as the ship time is concerned we ship USPS. Standard priority mail averages 2-4 days, but that is not guaranteed. If you want to be sure, choose express shipping at checkout for 2 day shipping.

  • Can I mix and match my gift set?

    Absolutely! You can choose any combination of knives, bottle openers, display stands, and knife sheaths. As long as you choose 4 or more pieces, you will receive a discount at checkout. Or purchase $100 or more in dice and keychains to receive a discount at checkout. The discount will also apply to any personalized stamping you have done.

  • Can I get something different stamped on each knife or bottle opener of my group set?

    Yes. You do not have to get the same thing on each knife or bottle opener. You can have each one stamped a different name or message.

  • What do I do if I need to change my shipping address?

    Just send us a email or give us a call, we use a third party shipping service and can change your address instantly.

  • What shipping service do you use? Should I use my PO BOX or physical address?

    We only use USPS (United States Postal Service). If you have a PO BOX only use that address.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
